Getting #2014BBQTour off w/ a lunch run to #Top50BBQ joint Bartley's in Grapevine. Bologna was great, good to see that on a menu in DFW. Ribs were solid, brisket was my least favorite. Need to amp up the smoke flavor by 10. Final score: C+.
